retrolink.bio is operated by Zero To Build LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of retrolink.bio, including our website, hosted pages, software, features, and related services.

By accessing or using retrolink.bio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, publish, or display through retrolink.bio, including usernames, bios, profile images, links, custom text, audio references, and similar materials.

You grant Zero To Build LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, promote, secure, and enforce the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that your content and use of the service do not violate law, infringe third-party rights, or breach any agreement.

You may not use retrolink.bio to violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute malware, spam, scams, or deceptive content; harass or abuse others; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; scrape the service in violation of our rules; or use the service in a way that could create liability for Zero To Build LLC.

We may remove content, suspend features, reclaim usernames, or terminate accounts if we believe a user or page violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the service or others.

Paid features are offered through subscription plans. Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your plan. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing, plan features, or product offerings at any time. Changes will apply prospectively.

Some features depend on your plan, account status, technical compatibility, or third-party availability. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify features at any time.

If a paid plan ends or downgrades, features tied to that plan may be disabled or reverted, including hidden badge settings, featured links, analytics, and other plan-gated functionality.

The service, including our software, brand, logos, design, text, graphics, audio, and other materials excluding user content, is owned by Zero To Build LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

retrolink.bio may integrate with or link to third-party products and services, including Clerk, Stripe, audio providers, embeds, social platforms, and destination websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or availability.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or disable pages at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address risk, or enforce these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and general terms.

retrolink.bio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero To Build LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any content, analytics, or results will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero To Build LLC and its officers, managers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Zero To Build LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero To Build LLC and its officers, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Zero To Build LLC is organized and operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service must be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction serving the location of Zero To Build LLC’s principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we may update the effective date above and take any additional steps we consider appropriate. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
